-Last Friday I get rear-ended cause a woman hits the guy behind me and he runs into me. The bottom of the rear van door is crushed. It’ll take more than $4,500 and up to three weeks to fix. Her insurance covers it all.

So I finished reading Dean Karnazes’ book Ultramarathon Man in a record 6 days. I think that’s a personal record or something. It’s an amazing book that just may have pushed me over the edge to running a marathon. Anyone want to join me?

All the TV’s at the Y today had reports of damage from the tornadoes in the south. One town that was hit particularly hard was Americus, home of Habitat for Humanity.
